Head of Corporate and Real Estate Finance
Davide leads origination for the company's larger corporate clients and all real estate leasing transactions. He has a background in commercial property advisory and structured corporate lending, giving him a rare dual perspective on real estate lease deals. He has completed over €400 million in real estate and capital goods transactions across his career.
Alessia Morandini
Head of SME Origination
Alessia manages the national network of SME relationship managers and is responsible for the design of SME financing products. She joined the company from a regional cooperative bank where she spent a decade developing lending programmes for small manufacturers and agricultural businesses. She is a strong advocate for faster, simpler credit processes that don't sacrifice underwriting discipline.

Chief Compliance and Legal Officer
Luca ensures that all of BPCE Equipment Finance Italia SPA's products, contracts, and operational procedures comply fully with Italian financial regulation and applicable EU directives. He qualified as a financial lawyer before moving into in-house compliance roles at two regulated non-bank lenders.
